How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to COVID19, please allow 7-10 business days from your order date for shipping on domestic orders. Shipping times may be less. If over 10 business days has elapsed and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at care@shopemmachamberlain.com Please allow 6-8 weeks for international orders. Due to COVID19, international shipping times have increased.

I want to cancel an order, what can be done for me?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been successfully processed. All products sold on Shop Emma Chamberlain are final sale. We are unable to disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our warehouse teams. We strive to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of our valued clients.

What is your returns / exchange policy?

All products sold on Shop Emma Chamberlain are final sale. Additionally, Shop Emma Chamberlain does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged upon arrival.

How can I update my Shipping Address after I processed an order?

Shop Emma Chamberlain is more than happy to update the shipping address associated with your order. Upon reaching out to us, please share your updated shipping address by emailing care@shopemmachamberlain.com. Please be sure to include your order number in the email to Support. Below is the required format to update your shipping address: First / Last Name Street Address Unit/Apt # (if applicable) City, State & Zip Code Important Note: In order to maintain the process of fulfillment, it is not a guarantee that shipping addresses will be updated as your order may be in progress to ship. Once received, we will update the address and follow up with a confirmation.

My package has not arrived and the tracking information states that it was delivered. What can be done for me?

Unfortunately, if your package has been declared as "Delivered" Shop Emma Chamberlain is unable to support accommodations for this occurrence. For damaged or missing packages, we recommend filing a claim through the carrier immediately. To ensure that a response from the carrier is guaranteed, customers must file no later than 30 days from the date of mailing. The date of mailing is determined by the date that tracking information has been populated. For more information on filing a claim with carriers, please email care@shopemmachamberlain.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however we currently only ship to select countries. We ship to: Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, the United Kingdom, Italy, Israel, and Spain.

How do I figure out what size is best for me?

Size charts are located on each product page under the "Size Chart" tab. All measurements are shown in inches.

How do I wash my products?

We recommend machine washing cold and tumbling dry low with like colors. If your item has a graphic, we recommend turning it inside out to preserve the print. If your item has a zipper, please zip completely before washing and drying.

Will my garments shrink in the wash?

All of our garments are pre-washed. Shrinking should be minimal, if noticeable at all.
