My whole entire experience was great!!! I got a June Box, July box, Dab Temp checker, and a set of dab tools. Placed my order a couple days before my birthday. Waited until a week into July. USPS had not even scanned in my package!!! I reached out to customer support and they IMMEDIATELY answered me and sent out a brand new order through UPS apologizing for the inconvenience! Opened the boxes to find everything in great condition, and products are fantastic quality. Never disappointed with Koala or the Koala Team! You were all fantastic! Thank youuu!!!!!

You get soooooo much in each box and I love her brand and watching her live on twitch with my wife. Functionally on the pieces are amazing and it’s just the best goodie box you could get whether it be for yourself or a friend. Anything you get from Koala Puffs is bomb.com 💣

I absolutely am in love with my first box (junes pride box) and everything in it. I really wanted the bong and wound up pleased and obsessed with it all! My box was STOLEN and how awesome is Koala that she sent me another! (I did a police report dont worry. I wanna know who it was!). But im so happy i got it after waiting like a year or 2 to order my first. Thank you!!!
